Sutton Foster, an actor as well as a singer and dancer, has appeared in eleven Broadway productions, including the most recent revival of Violet. She also portrayed parts in Broadway with The Drowsy Chaperone and Little Women. Her Tony Award winning performances include Anything Goes, Thoroughly Modern Millie and Young Frankenstein. Star Search at the tender age of fifteen and has since been seen in Bunheads and Psych. as a solo performer, Sutton has performed across the US in addition to internationally together with their musical director Michael Rafter... featuring songs from her debut solo album "Wish" as well as her follow up CD "An Evening With Sutton Foster: Live at the Caf Carlyle." Sutton Foster has graced the stages of Carnegie Hall, Feinstein's, the Lincoln Center's American Songbook series, Joe's Pub and many others. Ball State University conferred her with an Honorary PhD in 2011. As well as being an advisor and professor within the Department of Theatre and Dance and Dance, she also received this honor by Ball State University. From March to the present she is a TVLand star in the debut series "Younger" developed by Darren Star.
