Annie Lennox
Annie Lennox's parents include Dorothy Farquharson and Thomas Allison Lennox. Dorothy Farquharson is her mother as is Thomas Allison Lennox, father. Lennox was a flute, piano as well as harpsichord at Royal Academy of Music London for three years throughout the 1970s. She lived off of the student allowance, and relied in part-time jobs to increase her budget. Lennox was of the opinion that her talents weren't as good as those of those of her Royal Academy classmates. So she thought about alternative options she could pursue. Lennox was a flute player in the band Dragons Playground. However, she left before New Faces, the I.T.V. talent show. She was The singer for The Tourists from 1977 until 1980. The band she was in, was met by Dave Stewart. Together they will create The Eurythmics Pop duo. Following that Lennox started working on her first solo album Diva which was released in 1992. The album was an enormous critical and commercial success. Nostalgia Lennoxs Sixth Solo Album debuted in October of 2014. The C.D. The C.D. is comprised of Lennox's favorite blues, jazz and soul songs of her youth. Lepidoptera is a collection of four improvised tracks for piano, which Lennox has released in May 2019. The E.P. The singer-songwriter released her debut solo album in conjunction with her art work in the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art with the title "Now I'll Let You Go." Annie Lennox born December 25 1954, is a Scottish politician, philanthropist and musician and singer. The Tourists gained some minor acknowledgement for their and Dave Stewart's work throughout the 1970s. They would go on, through the 1980s to be the cult duo Eurythmics. Lennox's 1992 debut album Diva was a huge success, featuring a variety of songs, including Why and Walking on Broken Glass. Medusa is her studio album from 1995. It has covers of some songs, including"No MoreI Love Yous and A Whiter Shade of Pale. Six solo studio albums and one compilation album, are the result of her efforts. |
